当店では、基本的に受注生産方式を取り入れており、お客様のご都合による返品・交換を原則として承っておりません。
ただし、万が一、商品に不良や誤配送があった場合は、お届けから1週間以内に、メールまたはお電話にてご連絡くださいましたら、返品・交換の対応をさせていただきます。
We operate on a made-to-order basis,
and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences.
However, if the item is defective or you received an incorrect product,
please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of delivery.
Once confirmed, we will arrange for a return or exchange accordingly.
